Your satisfaction is our priority.  We stand behind the quality of our premium acrylic glass prints.  

Quality Guarantee

All prints are produced by WhiteWall using gallery-quality materials and craftsmanship.  Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you would not be satisfied with your product, simply contact us within 4 days of receiving your order by visiting our Contact Page and providing the following information:

  • Your name, email and phone number
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number and name of print
  • Some pictures of the issue

Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to be in touch with you.

We are unable to exchange your order for customer created errors such as color differences between your computer and WhiteWall's professionally calibrated printing systems, product selection mistakes (i.e. product size, style, etc.).

We cannot  provide exchanges due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

We reserve the right to request that you return the product to us at our discretion; offer a reprint; or take no action.  Please ensure the product is packaged appropriately and that it is protected.  Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. You are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage. Refunds are not available.
